How to Grant Access To: Google Business Profile (Google My Business)

Steps:

  1. Log into Google Business Profile

  2. Select the correct business location

  3. Click the three dots (⋮) next to the business name

  4. Select Business Profile settings

  5. Click People & access

  6. Click Add

  7. Enter brittany@bigmooddigital.com

  8. Choose Admin as the access level

  9. Click Invite

✅ Access level must be Admin

🚫 Primary Owner access is not required

Important Notes

  • Admin access allows posting updates, responding to reviews, and managing listing details

  • Please ensure access is granted for the correct location

  • Do not share passwords — invite access only
