How to Grant Access To: Google Drive Folder

Login URL:

https://drive.google.com

Steps:

1. Log into Google Drive

2. Locate the folder you want to share

3. Right-click the folder and select Share

4. Enter brittany@bigmooddigital.com

5. Set permission to Editor

6. Ensure Notify people is checked

7. Click Send

✅ Permission level should be Editor (Viewer is not sufficient)

How to Grant Access To: Dropbox Folder

Login URL:

https://www.dropbox.com

Steps:

1. Log into Dropbox

2. Navigate to the folder you want to share

3. Click Share

4. Enter brittany@bigmooddigital.com

5. Set permission to Can edit

6. Click Share

✅ Permission level should be Can edit

Important Notes

• Please share folders, not individual files, when possible

• Do not share passwords — invite access only

• If you update or move files later, folder access will remain intact
